Kabat Tyre operates an environmental management system compliant with ISO 14001:2015. This forms the basis for a structured approach to environmental issues related to the company’s operations.
We recycle rubber waste, which is then processed into granules used in further production. We also offer the recycling of rubber compounds. We implement waste segregation and installations that reduce pollution.

S — Employees, Community, and Product Users
The social dimension of our operations includes employee competency development, an internship program for vocational school students, and access to employee benefits. We are also involved in supporting sports, local events, and charitable initiatives. Specific actions are described on the “CSR — Social Responsibility” page.
We fulfill our responsibility to customers and users through testing rubber compounds and products, and by controlling production compliance with technical documentation. Our research facilities, including the Leonardo station for testing tires under load, support the evaluation of product properties and work on their improvement.

In our relationships with employees and business partners, we are guided by honesty, trust, and mutual respect. When implementing rubber compound projects, we ensure the confidentiality of entrusted formulas and technological information.
We also provide a system for reporting irregularities and legal violations. It allows for anonymous reporting and monitoring of its status.
